1. 개요
9번 국도 산인자동차도(산인도, E9, 나와-요도에 도로)의 나들목(13번)이다. 나들목 명칭은 공사 중의 가칭 나와IC(名和IC)를 그대로 사용하는데, 이 명칭은 현 다이센초가 2005년 3월 28일 합병 출범하기 이전 나와초(名和町)에서 유래한 것이다.나와-요도에 도로 중간에 설치된 나들목으로, 인접 나들목인 나카야마IC와의 중간 지점에 나카야마-나와 도로와의 경계가 있다.
트럼펫형 나들목이다. 나들목과 외부 접속부까지 사이의 구간에 휴게시설인 미치노에키 다이센 메구미노사토가 설치되어 있어, 휴게 거점으로 활용 가능한 나들목이다. 외부 접속부는 평면교차로(삼거리) 형태이며, 직진 및 진출 기준 좌회전 방향으로 240번 돗토리현도가 접속한다.
