Makou가 DMP2에 제공한 악곡으로, 다소 어두운 분위기의 R&B 곡. 도시, 풍경 등을 촬영한 사진을 가지고 연출한 BGA와 함께 가라앉은 분위기가 가득한 곡으로, 전체적으로 라이트 유저들을 위해 패턴은 전부 저난이도 지향적이다. 때문에 모드별로 하이스코어를 노리는 유저들은 그냥 프리스타일 해금용으로 한번 플레이하고 지나가는 곡 중 하나가 되었다.

영어 가사는 보컬인 Rin이 일본어로 쓴 가사를 펜타비전에서 번역한 것이라고 한다.

출시 당시 BGA가 몬도 그로소(오사와 신이치)가 작곡하고 보아가 피처링한 'Everything Needs Love'의 뮤직비디오를 표절했다는 의혹이 일었다. 다양한 색조의 사진을 바탕으로 가사를 띄우는 형식이 판박이라는 것. 물론 이런 식의 타이포그래피는 다른 작품에서도 지겹도록 쓰이는 스타일이기는 하지만, 두 영상은 가사의 폰트 하며 가사를 띄우는 스타일까지 노골적으로 영향을 받았다는 것이 보인다. Ache는 이에 대해 별 다른 반응을 보이진 않았지만, 다른 곡에서의 BGA 표절 논란에서 오마쥬라고 답한 것을 보면...

O2라는 비주얼레이터가 만든 2차 창작 BGA도 있다. Ache의 공식 BGA 못지않게 퀄리티가 상당히 높은 편.

RESPECT로 이식되면서 히든 BGA가 수록되었다. Luv is True와 비슷한 스타일의 타이포그라피 BGA로, Luv is True와 동일한 제작자인 Z_B가 작업하였다. 구곡 BGA를 새로 작업한 곡은 없다고 했다는 BEXTER의 발언에서 보아, 메트로 프로젝트나 DMTT때 BGA를 새로 만들어놓고 사정상 수록하지 못해 더미 데이터였던 소스를 발굴해 쓰는 것이 아닌가란 추측이 있다.
