Geometry Dash의 온라인 레벨이자 Space Gauntlet의 첫 번째 레벨. Space Gauntlet Contest의 1위 당선작으로 Geometry Dash 최초의 Normal 난이도 Mythic 레벨이다. 마치 서양 카툰을 보는 듯한 컨셉의 디자인과 구성이 특징인 레벨으로 이미 공개 시점부터 유력 Mythic 후보 겸 우승 후보로 꼽혔다. 다만 스타일에 대해서는 호불호가 갈리며, 난잡한 디자인과 가시성 또한 꼽힌다.

두 Space Gauntlet에서 제일 첫 레벨인 만큼, 난이도는 굉장히 쉽다. 격한 카메라 이동과 잦은 트랜지션을 보여주지만 3성 레벨답게 안 보이는 보정용 경사면이 전부 설치되어 있어 대부분은 큰 조작이 필요하지 않다.

2025년 4월 6일에 데일리 레벨로 선정되었는데, Mythic 레벨이 데일리로 선정된 것은 최초이다.

2. 구간

2222년, 인류는 예상치 못한 방문을 받았습니다...

초반부는 평범한 카툰 그래픽의 구간으로 건물들 천장을 뛰어다니는 구간이다. 후반부는 수직 카메라 이동의 거미 구간으로 두 고층 빌딩 사이를 타고 올라가는데 워낙 쉬워서 지나가는 데에 지장은 없을 것이다. 빌딩의 끝에서는 UFO에 빨려 들어간다.

시작 시 오프닝이 나오는데 첫 어템에서만 나오며, 초반에 파티클을 끄는 옵션, 거미 모드로 들어가기 전에 화면 비율을 4:3으로 맞추는 옵션이 있다.

2. 리듬 게임 (31~47%)

Tap on the Circles!

캐릭터 2개가 있는 와중에 위에서 점수가 적힌 공이 떨어진다. 공을 판정에 맞추면 점수를 획득하는데 허공에서 너무 조작하면 점수가 끊기니 주의. 1000점 미만은 C, 1000~1999점은 B, 2000~2999점은 A, 3000점 이상은 S[1]인데 손 놔도 클리어에는 지장이 없다.

3. UFO 내부 클럽 (47~62%)

UFO 내부에서 카툰풍의 외계인들이 음악에 맞춰 춤을 추고 있다. 격한 카메라 이동 와중에 모드가 수없이 바뀌는데 3성 레벨답게 그냥 손 놓고 있어도 된다. 53%의 큐브 구간만 조작해주자. 마지막에는 외계인 탁구 경기의 볼이 되었다가 UFO에서 튕겨져나온다.

4. 달 구간 (62~76%)

달 위로 올라오는데 위에서 외계인 세력이 공사를 진행하고 있다. 앞선 UFO 구간과 비슷하게 뭔가 모드는 계속해서 바뀌지만 딱히 조작이 필요하지 않다.

5. 우주선 비행 (76~83%)

소행성 사이를 우주선을 타고 비행한다. 마지막에는 소행성에 박고 다시 UFO로 빨려 들어간다.

6. 만화책 내부 (83~100%)

만화책 내부로, 역시 조작은 계속 해 줘야 한다. 볼 모드를 지나면 엔딩인데 마지막의 만화 페이지를 조작으로 전부 넘겨야 레벨이 클리어된다.

여담으로 마지막 에필로그에서 나오는 줄거리는 다음과 같다.

외계인들은 인간 문화, 특히 애니에 이상할 정도로 중독되어 있었습니다.

당신은 이것이 지구의 작별 파티라는 사실을 알게 되었습니다—우주 고속도로의 건설을 위해 지구가 "제거"되고 있었던 것입니다!

다행히도, 외계인들은 중요한 모든 것을 보존해 주었습니다.

이제 인간들은 새로운 행성에서 살아가게 되며, 당신의 여정은 계속됩니다...

3. 유저 코인

유저 코인의 난이도는 3성답지 않게 상당한 편이다.

9%(오프닝을 스킵했다면 6%)에서 Aliens are Real!!! 문구를 볼 수 있다. 그 옆에 숫자가 보일 텐데, 코인을 위해서는 리듬게임 구간에서 정확하게 나온 숫자만큼 점수를 받아야 한다.

이후로는 계속 진행하다가 달로 진입한 이후 첫 로봇 모드에서 바닥에 중력반전 포탈을 볼 수 있다. 로봇으로 전환되자마자 짧게 점프하면 바닥으로 내려갈 수 있는데 만약 숫자를 맞춰가지 않았다면 외계인이 중력반전 포탈을 태워주지 않지만, 숫자를 맞춰가면 중력반전 포탈을 허락해준다. 이렇게 중력반전 포탈을 탄 후 위의 노란색 점프링을 누른 후, 비행 이후 이어지는 UFO에서 바닥으로 연타하면 코인을 얻을 수 있다.

4. 여담

건틀렛 레벨로써는 이례적으로 두 개의 음악이 사용되었는데, 두 번째 음악은 호스트인 vegtam이 직접 작곡한 특별제작곡으로 엔딩 직전 만화 파트의 배경음악으로만 사용되었다.

원래는 배경음악으로 Synthion과 Sefaro의 합작인 Galactic을 사용했다가 배경음악이 내려가면서 현재는 대체곡(MrKoolTrix - Space Party)이 적용된 상태이다. 이 Abducted의 배경음악 교체 과정은 평균 연령이 어린 편인 Geometry Dash 커뮤니티 유저들의 어두운 민낯을 적나라하게 보여주었다.

콘테스트에서 이 레벨이 우승했을 때 vegtam의 반응을 보면 기뻐하는 것이 아닌 '사람들이 나를 싫어할 것이다'라며 걱정했다. 그리고 이 우려는 실제가 되어 여러 무개념 유저들이 vegtam, 심지어는 작곡가인 Synthion에게 비난을 퍼부었다. 결국 이 사태로 인해 Synthion은 자신의 모든 곡을 뉴그라운즈에서 내렸다.[2] Synthion은 2023년 중순 즈음 가이드라인을 변경하여 GD를 비롯한 음악 및 리듬 게임의 커스텀 레벨에 자신의 곡을 사용하는 것을 금지한 상태였지만 그럼에도 뉴그에 남아있는 일부 곡들은 사용이 가능했었는데, 그조차도 싸그리 내려가게 된 것이다.[3]
비단 무개념 유저들만의 문제는 아닌데, 여러 미틱 합작들의 호스트로 유명한 Arclia도 vegtam을 비난했다.[4] 다만 Arclia는 이후 vegtam에게 사과 및 용서를 구한 뒤 트위터에 사과문을 올렸고, vegtam도 그녀의 반응이 충분히 이해된다며 그녀를 너무 욕하지 말라는 입장을 보였다.[5]
Synthion이 모든 곡을 뉴그라운즈에서 내린 이후 대체곡을 작곡해달라고 부탁한 인물은 다름 아닌 롭탑이다.#[6] 때문에 곡의 전권은 작곡자인 MrKoolTrix에게 있지만 사실상 GD 오리지널 곡이라고 할 수 있을 것이다.
비단 Abducted만 피해를 본 것은 아니고, 이 배경음악 교체가 Galactic을 사용하는 레벨들의 배경음악을 전부 일괄적으로 Space Party로 바꾸도록 하드코딩한 거라 Galactic을 배경음악으로 사용하던 다른 레벨들도 전부 피해를 보았다. 그나마 작정하고 대체곡을 만들었기에 다른 레벨들도 아예 안 어울리지는 않는다.
결국 이 사건의 영향 때문인지 Space Gauntlet 콘테스트 다음으로 개최된 건틀렛 콘테스트인 Random Gauntlet 콘테스트에서는 아예 순위 발표를 하지 않겠다고 공언했다.

BetterInfo를 통해 레벨의 제작 시간을 보면 1,111시간이라는 경이로운 수치를 볼 수 있다.

하필이면 제작자의 NCS Gauntlet Contest 출품작이었던 The Incinerator가 우주 테마라서 이번에는 진지한 보스전 분위기와 완전히 상반되는 테마로 만들었다고 한다.

[1] S를 맞으려면 사실상 모든 공을 맞춰야 하는데 3성치고는 상당한 난이도를 보여준다.[2] 이 레벨이 만들어지기도 한참 전에 Galactic을 작곡한 Synthion은 무언가를 잘못하기는 커녕 Abducted과 건틀렛 콘테스트에 관여한 게 하나도 없다. Synthion 입장에서는 어느 날 갑자기 영문도 모른 채 비난 세례를 마주한 것이다.[3] 현재는 그녀의 대부분 곡들이 인게임에서 Unknown으로 뜬다. 사실상 완전히 사라져버린 셈.[4] 영상을 보면 GD Colon이 Next Cab Soon과 아트 스타일이 비슷하다고 말하자 Arclia는 '이딴 쓰레기와 내 레벨을 비교하지 마라'라고 격하게 반응하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 참고로 Abducted는 실제로 Next Cab Soon에 영감을 받아 제작된 레벨이다.[5] 여담으로 트위터를 보지 말라는 조언을 들어서 이런 일이 있었다는 것도 몰랐다고 한다.[6] 설명란에 언급되어 있다.
