1. 개요

르완다의 반군. 르완다 해방군과 통합하여 설립하였다.

키부 분쟁에 참전중이다. 콩고민주공화국 동부의 친르완다 반군인 3월 23일 운동과 르완다 정부를 견제하기 위해 콩고민주공화국 정부의 지원을 받으며 활동하고 있다.

2022년 10월, 휴먼라이츠워치 보고서 결과에 따르면 콩고군이 FDLR이 르완다가 지원하는 투치족 중심의 3월 23일 운동(M23) 반군 단체에 맞서 싸우는 데 지원을 제공한 것으로 드러났다.#
