1. 개요

라이엇 게임즈에서 주최하고 주관하는 필리핀 지역의 리그 오브 레전드 프로 2부 리그.

2023년에 'Empyrean Cup 2023'으로 시작된 리그며, 2024년에 'Liga Republika'란 이름으로 변경되었고, 2025년에는 LCP 승강전의 와일드카드 예선 참가 리그로 편입되었다.
