1. 개요

468번 국도 수도권중앙연락자동차도(켄오도, C4)의 나들목(71번)이다. 나들목 명칭은 소재지 삿테시의 명칭에서 유래하였다.

삿테시는 4번 국도 현행도로가 지나는 지역인데, 직접 접속하기에는 켄오도가 시가지화된 구간을 지나가는 관계로 삿테시 동쪽에 설치되었다. 이곳도 토지보상 문제나 여러 문제가 얽힌 관계로 다이아몬드형 나들목으로 설치된 특이한 사례가 되었다.

다이아몬드형 나들목인데, 후지사와 방향 진출입부는 383번 사이타마현도와의 측도 진출입형 나들목으로 설치[1]되었고, 주 접속도로를 만나기 전에 삿테시도 1571호선과 한 번 교차하게 된다. 이 부분의 요금소는 삿테(니시)요금소로 383번 사이타마현도를 끼고 북쪽에 설치되어 있으며, 삿테요금소의 주 요금소로 취급된다. 반면 키사라즈 방향 진출입부는 주 접속도로를 바로 만나 교차하는 형태로 되어 있다. 해당되는 도로는 동쪽으로 383번 사이타마현도이며, 서쪽으로는 삿테시내 방향으로 이어지는 삿테시도 1-23호선이다. 이쪽에 설치된 요금소는 삿테(히가시)요금소로, 히라스카가 아닌 신메이우치에 설치되어 있으나 주 사무소는 아니다.
