- 안무는 본 앨범 타이틀곡 <MANIAC>을 작업한 Kany와, 이전 앨범의 <LOVEADE>, <Love Love Love>, <Rum Pum Pum>, <PULL UP>을 작업한 김하은 안무가가 함께 담당했다.

- 2023년 12월 22일, Untie 퍼포먼스 비디오 유튜브 조회수가 300만뷰를 달성하였다.
- 역대 VIVIZ 앨범 수록곡 중에서 영어 가사 비율이 상당히 많이 포함되어 있는 곡으로 뽑힌다.
- 여자친구 시절을 포함해서도 비비지 멤버들이 역대 처음으로 시도해보는 스타일의 곡이고, 찰떡같이 소화했기에 팬들이 반응이 아주 좋다. FAKE 버전 앨범 프리뷰[1]에서부터 많은 팬들이 타이틀곡일 것이라고 예상하거나 희망하였고, 트랙리스트 공개 이후 FATE 버전 앨범 샘플러가 공개 되었을 때에도 화려한 비트와 멤버들의 저음 랩 파트에 타이틀곡 <MANIAC>만큼이나 기대를 많이 했다. 정식으로 발매가 되었을 때에도 역시나 반응이 굉장히 뜨거웠다.
- 그만큼 <Untie>의 후속곡 활동이 공식화 되기 직전까지도 <Untie>의 활동이나 무대가 없는 것애 대해 많은 팬들이 아쉬운 목소리를 냈으며, 이후 후속곡 활동이 공식화 되었을 때 팬들은 매우 기뻐하였다. <Untie>는 미니 1집의 <거울아>, 미니 2집의 <Love Love Love>, 미니 3집의 <Blue Clue>를 이을 타이틀급 수록곡이자 명곡으로 평가 받고 있으며 VIVIZ 멤버들도 이 곡을 타이틀로 밀었을 정도로 VIVIZ 멤버들과 많은 나비들이 <Untie>를 굉장히 좋아한다.
- 영국의 음악잡지 NME에서 선정한 2023 BEST K-POP에 12위에 선정되었다. 타이틀이 아닌 노래로는 상당히 이례적인데다 상대적으로 덜 알려진 노래라는 점을 감안한다면 노래가 가지고 있는 파워가 확실히 상당하다는 점을 보여주고 있다. #
