2013년 7월 4일 발매된 JAY-Z의 정규 12집. 삼성전자 측에서 갤럭시 S4 홍보를 위해 JAY-Z와 계약을 맺고 100만 장을 선구매해 갤럭시 시리즈 소유자들에게만 72시간 전에 무료로 풀었다. 첫 주에 52만 장이 팔리며 빌보드 200에서 1위로 데뷔했고 미국에서만 200만 장이 넘게 팔리며 더블 플래티넘 인증을 받았다.

프로듀서진은 Timbaland, Mike Will Made It, Mike Dean, Swizz Beatz, Pharrell Williams등의 뛰어난 프로듀서들로 이루어져 있다.
