1. 개요
코미디 1번지의 군대 관련 코너로 유머1번지 시절의 동작그만의 시즌2 격이다.[1] 다만 극 분위기로만 따지면 이전의 동작그만보다는 훗날의 푸른거탑에 가까운 꽁트극으로, 이전 동작그만이 군기잡으면서 개그적인 허용으로 당나라 군대의 모습도 좀 보여주고 하기는 했어도 기본적으로 진중한 선임하사 김진호가 극 분위기를 너무 날아가지 않게 해 주고, 그 사이사이에 나름 인간미 있는 에피소드들로 감동도 주고 하는 등 어느정도 진중한 정극의 요소들이 있었다면, 이 코너는 그냥 똥군기 절반에 날아가는 당나라 군대 분위기 절반으로 주로 개그성 에피소드에 치중한 느낌... 요즘 군생활하는 사람들이 봐도 이게 무슨 개판이냐 싶은 에피소드들이 많다.[2] 그래서인지 비중한 분위기의 동작그만 오프닝과는 달리, X세대 동작그만 오프닝은 통기타 연주의 잔잔한 분위기이며 또한 현역 육군의 군복무 모습의 영상을 인용하였다.[3] 중후반부터는 X세대 답게 밝은 분위기의 오프닝으로 변경하였다.1995년 5월 3일부터 1996년 1월 28일까지 방송되었는데 안타깝게도 양원경 병장이 1996년 1월 14일 방송을 끝으로 제대하면서 하차한 직후 김수용 병장이 내무반장으로 있었던 때부터 코너가 오래가지 못했다. 에피소드 중 특별 에피소드인 '인민군 동작그만'이 있었는데 해당 에피소드가 갑자기 레귤러로 편성이 되는 바람에 X세대 동작그만은 막을 내리게 된 것.

2.1. 주요 출연진
- 김수용 : 상등병. 대학생 출신 PX병이며 상등병이다. 심원철 상등병과 동기라서 그런지 서로 속내를 털어 놓고 도와주는 등 사이가 아주 좋다. 그런데 이유는 알 수 없지만 초중반에 제2내무반으로 배정됐다. 지식적인 부분과 X세대 스타일의 행동으로 인해 양원경 내무반장과는 앙숙이었으나 내무반 배정 직후 사과하고 함께 지내게 된다. 동작그만의 김한국 병장, 한정호 병장의 인텔리 함을 이어받고 푸른거탑 김호창 상병의 비주얼 적 모티브에 가까운 캐릭터. 다른 점이 있다면 선임들 중에서 제일 자유로운 성격의 X세대 그 자체. 나중에는 제2내무반의 내무반장을 양원경으로부터 넘겨받게 된다.
- 양원경 : 병장. 제2내무반 최고 선임 병장이자 내무반장이다. 동작그만의 김정식 前 병장의 호남 병장 스타일+이상운 前 병장의 얼차려+무식함을 합쳐 놓은 듯한 캐릭터. 내무반장이자 최선임이라는 설정으로 계급을 이용한 내기 이기기와 잔머리를 굴리는 편이다. 무식함이 푸른거탑의 김재우 병장만큼이나 심하다. 우기기를 잘하다보니 김수용 상등병에게 무시당하다가 역이용 하는 등 지식이 좀 부족하기에 막나가는 역대 내무반장들의 캐릭터를 제대로 이어 받았다. 문제는 얼차려와 무시무시한 말투를 하는 츤데레를 하는 부분으로 인해 당시 개그계의 군기반장으로 소문나서인지 연기가 아닌 본래 모습 그대로 표현했냐는 시청자들의 반응도 없지않다. 김정식 병장의 다운그레이드 버젼. 유일하게 종영 하기 전 정식으로 제대했다.
- 심원철 : 상등병. 강원특별자치도 출신[4]이며 강원특별자치도 사투리를 구사한다. 감자를 좋아해서 별명이 '감자'다. 상등병에 김수용 상병과 동기다. 손동환 보다 좀 더 비중도 높고 성격도 원만해서 신병들에게는 좋은 선임이다. 푸른거탑의 백봉기 일병처럼 힘든 일이나 애환이 많다.
- 손동환 : 제2내무반 투고 병장이며 말년이다. 서원섭과 마찬가지로 비만체형이라 먹는 것을 참 좋아한다. 사유는 알 수 없지만 중간에 하차.
- 조문식 : 상등병. 한상규가 하차한 뒤에 등장. 예전에 있던 부대에서 전입을 오게 되었다. 신병이 왔다는 말에 부대원들은 한따까리 하려고 벼르고 있었으나... 전에 있던 부대에서 모종의 사건으로 인해 싸움 도중 야삽을 휘둘렀고 상대방의 뒤통수에 맞는 바람에 14박 15일 영창에 갔다온 뒤 전출을 온 것. 덕분에 모두들 쫄아버리고 그 와중에...[5] 동작그만의 양종철의 위치와 비슷하다. 야삽만 들면 갑자기 돌변하는 트라우마가 있다.[6] 첫 등장 에피소드에서는 좀 막 나가기는 했어도 그 뒤에는 내무반에 그런대로 융화가 되어서 같이 잘 놀며 사고치고 다닌다.
- 이병진 : 일등병. 한상규/황승환 이병의 맞선임인 일등병이다. 두 이등병의 군기반장을 전담하여 어떠한 실수도 용납하지 못하는 완벽주의자로 보이지만 실체는 허당이며 제2내무반에서 폐급에 가까울 정도로 사고를 많이 친다. 그리고 내무반장 양원경 병장에게 잘 빌붙는다. 별명은 '병따개'이다[7]. 동작그만의 곰팽이 이영남 일병의 허당, 푸른거탑의 정진욱 이병의 강약약강, 이용주 이병의 어리버리 폐급, 신병 웹드라마와 TV드라마의 박민석의 완전체 캐릭터로 군대 코미디 폐급 그 자체. 이 코너에서 이병진의 인기가 제일 좋았다. 신인상까지 받을 정도로 활약했다. 사유는 알 수 없지만 국군통합병원 입원 시즌에는 등장하지 않았다.
- 황승환 : 이등병. 개그콘서트에서 여장연기를 했던 황마담이 맞으며 당시엔 신인 시절이었다. 오렌지족 출신 사고뭉치 이등병이자 한상규 이등병과 동기다. 한상규의 친구이자 동기로 나오다가 한상규의 하차 직후 이등병 포지션으로 자리잡는다.
- 한상규 : 이등병. 훤칠한 외모의 오렌지족 출신 이등병이자 황승환 이병과 동기다. 사단장의 운전병으로 선발되었지만 결국 운전미숙에 의한 교통사고를 내버려서 다시 복귀하게 된다.(...)출연 당시 유일한 미필이였기 때문에 실제 군 입대로 인해 하차하였다.[8]
- 김성규 : 이등병. 명문대 성악과 출신의 PX병으로 노래도 잘하고 발성력이 아주 좋다. 푸른거탑 리턴즈에 나오는 송광원 이병처럼 예술계통으로 초반에 푸니쿨리 푸니쿨라를 부르다가 몬더그린 현상으로 오해를 받아서 고통을 받는다.(...) 캐릭터를 맡은 김성규는 실제로 세종대학교 성악과 출신이며 현재 뮤지컬 배우 겸 연출자이자 겸임교수로 있을 정도로 다재다능하다. 내무생활을 같이 하지는 않지만 김수용의 부사수라서 나오는 분량도 적지 않고, 김수용의 내무반 사람들과 나름 유대감도 있는 모습을 보인다.[9]
- 공기탁 : 이등병. 양원경 병장이 제대한 직후 새롭게 배치된 신병이다. 행정반에 근무하는 입장이라 소속감이 옅고 호불호가 확실한 타입으로 MZ세대에 가까운 인물. 들어보면 간부고 선임이고 말대답을 꼬박꼬박해대는 모습들을 보면 분통이 터진다. 덕분에 선임들이 공기탁을 많이 싫어한다.(...) 김경태보다 군번이 빨라서 그런지 신병임에도 고참이 되었다. 개명 전 이름인 공성수로 등장. 원래 공기탁은 단역으로 등장했다가 고정 배역으로 정착한 케이스이지만 후반에 들어오기도 했고 코너가 지속되지 못한 탓에 시청자들에게는 크게 기억에 남지는 않았다.
- 김경태 : 이등병. 국군통합병원 에피소드 종료 후 시작된 제2기에서 새로운 신병으로 오게 된다. 통합병원 에피 직전에 하차한 손동환과 하차하고 군 입대 예정인 한상규의 자리를 매꿀 역할로 왔으며 은근히 이병진 일병을 피곤하게 만드는데 사실 이병진 일병이 양원경 병장에게 하던 어리버리함을 이어 받았다고 할 정도(...) 신병이 들어와도 자신보다 군번이 앞이라 선임이 되는 등 이용주의 시조라고 해도 될 정도로 후임 운이 없다. 동작그만의 최순석처럼 단역으로 제1기에서 양원경의 동기로 나왔다. 안타깝게도 김경태는 코미디언 목록에서 찾기 힘들정도로 행적이 묘연하다. 동작그만의 한정호만큼 찾기 힘든 인물.
- 김진호 : 1대 행정보급관. 유머1번지의 동작그만에서는 부소대장(구.선임하사) 중사였다가 이 코너에서는 상사로 진급해 행정보급관(구. 인사계)으로 등장한다. 다만 비만체형이며 1995년 7월 5일까지 출연하고 1995년 7월 12일부터 서원섭으로 교체되면서 하차한다.
- 서원섭 : 2대 행정보급관. 이 코너에서 1995년 7월 5일을 끝으로 하차한 김진호의 뒤를 잇는 행정보급관(구.인사계) 상사 하사관으로 등장한다. 비만체형으로 먹는 것을 좋아하고 성격이 엄한 편이다. 푸른거탑의 행정보급관 김봉남 상사의 모티브라고 보일 정도로 영남 방언이 두드러지는 캐릭터. 1995년 09월 24일을 끝으로 하차한다.
- 이창훈 : 3대이자 마지막 행정보급관. 계급은 상사. 서원섭 상사가 하차한 직후 한 달만에 후임으로 오게 된다. 이사하러 와서 이삿짐 센터 직원으로 오인 받다가 정체가 알려진 직후 하사로 월남에 파병되었던 전적을 이야기 하며 무서운 모습을 보이려고 하지만... 문제는 영웅담을 늘어놓으려고 월남 스키부대급 썰을 풀다가 이삿짐 안나르고 딴 짓한다고 핀잔을 주는 아내에 의해 실상이 탄로나 내무반 대원들의 비웃음을 사게 된다. 심지어는 소대장에게까지 썰을 늘어놓으려다 아내에게 제지당한다.
- 배동성 : 중위, 소대장. 유머1번지의 동작그만에서는 단역이었으며 이 코너에서는 중위 소대장으로 등장한다.[10] FM같지만 푸른거탑 리턴즈의 소대장 황제성 소위 같은 느낌이 은근히 강하다. 독신장교숙소인 BOQ에서 생활한다.
- 김지선 : 간호장교, 대위. 제2내무반 대원들이 트럭 추락사고로 119구조대에 의해 군병원에 입실한 에피소드에서 간호장교 대위로 등장한다. 배동성과 서원섭의 표적이 되었지만 배동성 중위와 커플이 된다.
2.2. 단역
- 김용 : 상등병. 제2내무반 대원들이 트럭 추락사고로 119구조대에 의해 군병원에 입실한 에피소드에서 병실의 실장으로 등장한다. 병실에 오래 있었다는 이유로 본인은 상등병이라고 주장하며 제2내무반장 양원경 병장에게 갑질을 시전한다.[11] 훈련병 시절 신병교육대에서 하루만에 부상으로 입실했으며 군 간부와 병사를 속이는데 능통하다. 군병원 마지막 에피소드에서 자대가 철원군 와수리 제3보병사단 수색대로 배정되었다.
- 공기탁 : 제2내무반 대원들이 트럭 추락사고로 119구조대에 의해 군 병원에 입실한 에피소드에서 같은 병실에 입원한 휠체어를 탄 병으로 등장하는데 양원경에게 갑질한다. 그러나, 양원경이 실장을 맡게되자 우디르급 태세전환을 하며 양원경에게 충성하고 반대로 김용에게 갑질을 한다(...) 봉사실 당번이라서 별명이 '뽕당'이다.
- 서영환[12] : 군병원의 군의관 대위. 군의관실에서 팻말로 가려놓은 문 구멍으로 몰래 봤는데 김용 상병과 제2내무반 대원들의 꼼수를 들춰냈다. 그 결과 원대복귀령을 내렸다.
- 안숙희[13] : 2대 행정보급관 서원섭의 부인으로 등장하였다.
- 임희춘 : 중위 소대장 배동성의 아버지로 해병대 장교 출신이다.
- 조금산 : 영화 감독이며 군 영화 촬영으로 배우선발을 위해 2내무반에 온 영화감독. 작중설정으로 임권택 감독이랑 동기동창이라고 한다.
- 이선민 : 육군본부 정훈장교. 계급은 대위이며 조금산감독과 함께 군 영화 촬영으로 배우선발을 위해 2내무반을 방문했다.
- 이현순 : 3대 행정보급관 이창훈의 부인
- 하다솜 : 3대 행정보급관 이창훈의 처제
- 이덕재 : 이삿짐센터 직원으로 이삿짐을 나르는걸 도와주러 온 내무반 대원들이 행정보급관으로 착각해 경례를 했다. 그 외에도 재물조사 때 양원경 내무반의 물품을 몰래 털러 온 옆 내무반 일병 역이나 꼬장부리고 싸우게 되는 취사반 왕고 역 등으로 나왔다.
- 이창명 : 다방에 들어온 항공점퍼[14] 차림의 중령 대대장.
- 이장숙 : 다방 직원으로 김수용과 다방에 같이 들어온 황승환이 형수님이라 부른다.
- 김경희 : 다방 사장
3. 여담
종영 직후 강릉 무장공비 침투사건이 터지게 되고 유머 1번지의 동작그만과 코미디 1번지의 X세대 동작그만에서 쓰던 계급장은 장교, 부사관, 병의 계급장 색깔이 종전 흰색[15], 노란색[16], 빨간색[17]에서 검은색으로 통일되고 부사관의 계급장 모양은 갈매기 받침인 종전 병장 계급장에서 장교와 마찬가지로 무궁화받침으로 바뀌고 부착위치가 야전상의는 양 팔, 전투복은 왼쪽 가슴에 달던걸 옷 깃으로 바뀌고, 병과마크를 추가로 붙임에 따라 부사관은 완전 간부가 되었다.#!if version2 == null
