미국 워싱턴 주 출신의 래퍼 서 믹설랏(Sir Mix-a-Lot)의 싱글이며 그의 3집 앨범 Mack Daddy의 두번째 싱글로 1992년 5월 7일에 발매되었다.2. 상세
노래 시작부터 "난 큰 엉덩이가 좋다. 니네들도 부정할순 없잖아."라면서 시작하고, 가사 전체가 자기는 엉덩이 큰 여자가 좋다는 이야기다. 한국에서는 정말 상상도 못할 노래가사를 가지고 있다. 그런데 당대에는 엄청난 인기를 끌어서, 1992년에 발표되어 1992년 무려 5주 동안 빌보드 핫 100 1위를 지키고 1992년 빌보드 핫 100 연말 차트 2위까지 거머쥐던 메가히트곡. 이 연말차트 기록이 얼마나 대단한 것이냐면, 연말 차트 1위곡이 보이즈 투 멘의 End of the Road였다.8년 뒤의 영화 미녀 삼총사 사운드트랙을 비롯해 수많은 영화/드라마/광고에 회자되었고[4], 니키 미나즈가 샘플링해 Anaconda라는 그녀의 최고 히트곡으로 재탄생시키기도 했다. 그리고 프렌즈에서도 삽입되었다.(원 히트 원더 해외 사례 출처) 괄호에 넣었듯, 이 노래를 부른 서 믹설랏은 이 노래 이후에도 활동을 하긴 했지만 이 노래에 비견될 만한 노랜 만들지 못했다.
